Time to role play! We’ll apply what we have learned so far by critiquing two typical teacher resumes from the perspective of a hiring school manager, and provide critical feedback.

Key Points

• Read each resume with the following questions in mind: What is your overall feeling about this resume? Is it visually appealing? Easy to read?
• Share likes and dislikes about each in regards to organization, clarity and aesthetics
• Provide suggestions for how to improve each resume
• Decide which person you would be more likely to hire based on resumes
