Red Bridge is a new model of K-8 education designed to develop a sense of agency in every child. We define agency as the ability to set meaningful goals and have the will and skill to achieve them. Student ownership is built into every system and structure of the school, so that students gradually take on more responsibility for their learning. This puts every student on the path to becoming a lifelong learner – so that no matter what the future looks like, they have the capacity to adapt and flourish. Red Bridge is a demonstration school serving families representative of the local community. We believe our teachers and students will positively impact education beyond our school walls.

Ideal candidates will have five or more years of relevant teaching experience, a master's degree in a related field, experience with Montessori or other student-directed approaches to learning, and a desire to be part of a founding team creating a new model of learning.
