VISION: To develop students’ reading, writing, listening, speaking and critical thinking skills so that they can become 21st century citizens. MISSION: To continue to use the Community School model to help us leverage the many resources and support systems required to build a safe, collaborative, nurturing and academically minded culture where students, parents, teachers, counselors, support staff and administrators can flourish. INSTRUCTIONAL FOCUS: To design coherent lessons and assessments that are rigorous and student-centered and that cultivate literacy skills and engage students to think critically across content areas.
