A+UP's mission is to help students develop agency in their lives by coaching them to take ownership of their success and challenges. Our students will have a positive impact in their communities and families. We are a safe and caring school. Our educators love our kids and help kids become better people and better thinkers through warm accountability.

Successful educators at A+UP are able to blend effective instructional practices and SEL seamlessly. All members of A+UP hold each other accountable for student learning outcomes and school culture. We give and receive feedback. We believe in our students and do what is necessary to help them become smarter and stronger.

All employees have health coverage through Texas Teacher Retirement System. After the district's contribution, out-of-pocket expenses are minimal. The district pays for life, dental, and optical packages.
