The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur, a Catholic, independent, college-preparatory school is committed to the education of young women in grades 6 through 12 for responsible living in a global society. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in the area of their subject specialty; a Master’s degree is preferred. They will have 3+ years of secondary school teaching with a demonstrated knowledge of subject content, curriculum, and methodology of effective teaching. The candidate will be skilled in the use of instructional technologies to enhance learning, and focus on student engagement in their teaching practice. All successful candidates must demonstrate a high degree of cultural humility and great enthusiasm for girls’ education.
