We are a family owned and operated school. We are one of the oldest and largest independently owned Montessori Schools in the U.S. We are the only American Montessori Society accredited school in Miami and there are only nine of us in the entire state! We have a blend of very experienced faculty with an average length of tenure of 17 years and teacher assistants with an average of 11 years of service as well. We are dedicated to helping children love to learn for life and to partner with children and families in fostering independence as well as interdependence.

Will have two to three years of in school experience. A Bachelor's degree is necessary for any lead teacher. We do run an accredited training program for the American Montessori Society for preschool teachers. All Montessori teachers need to have MACTE approved credentials. Bilingual is a plus!

we pay more than half the individual's insurance, a small life insurance plan is created after a year, great vision/dental is available as well for a small monthly payment, staff children often attend for a minimal amount of the full tuition.
