Boulder Prep is an alternative high school serving about 100 students who were looking for a smaller more personalized experience. Most of our students are considered high-risk and appreciate the comprehensive approach we provide for learning and social/emotional growth.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can see what needs to be done and jumps in to help wherever needed. Initiative is one of the most important skills we are looking for because our setting is fast-paced as we try to do whatever it takes to help our students succeed.

Boulder Prep operates on a year-round schedule, so we have at least 1 week off every 8 weeks. As part of the Boulder Valley School district, our staff receive high quality health and dental benefits along with a 22% pension contribution. Breakfast and lunch is free for staff, and we have a collaborative team approach to all that we do.
