Brooklyn Academy High School is a small transfer high school that provides support and structure for students who are over-aged and under credited. We service students who need a new environment and are motivated to make a change to receive their high school diploma. We meet our students on a one-to-one basis and we provide them with the support, instruction and encouragement necessary for success. Most students arrive looking for a school that can provide individual support, a quality education and flexible programming. Our vision is to develop a school in which every child is supported, taught, academically challenged and treated as if they were our own children. Guidance is provided for college and career counseling while students enjoy a comprehensive Learning To Work component. Student internships, clubs, organizations, and teams complement the overall activities of the school.
