CSA is an innovative, urban Pre-K-8, independent school focused on providing under-resourced students with critical habits of mind, and an engaging learning environment.
A full scholarship is awarded to every child entering the Academy. Our 80 acre campus includes adult advocacy and health centers, faculty housing, and way too many deer! We enjoy a student-centered program and take great pride in our relationships with our students & parents.
Named after Christina Seix, a successful & extremely humble philanthropist of color, we expect all of our students to graduate with voice, agency, & pride in their community
We offer competitive salaries and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance. Many of our staff members live on-campus in housing provided by the Academy. On-campus housing includes fully paid utilities, cable, and internet services. Our on-campus dining hall and chef allow staff to enjoy healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at no cost. Our 80-acre campus also includes a fitness center and two gymnasiums that employees can use at no charge.
