While our network of four schools shares core values, a commitment to non-violence, and a track record of results, each school is able to set its own goals and pursue them in an authentic way. We pronounce it "Free-air-ee". And yes, it refers to Paulo Freire, educator, philosopher, and author of Pedagogy of the Oppressed.
