We are an example of small is beautiful! Our 90 student elementary school is a student centered, collaborative and warm community. We focus on positives, and strive to look for the good in everyone and everything.

Our staff is a team. We look for others who can help get us toward the goal of highest personal student achievement. Because we are small, we work together on almost everything. We support one another and aim to bring out the best.

No 'duties', staff meetings every other week (I try to keep them under an hour, sometimes we talk much longer, but that is a choice, not a requirement), daily 45 minute prep.
