About

Jefferson Union High School District (JUHSD) is a premier learning community where all students advance to and through post-secondary learning and careers. JUHSD provides a safe and caring student-centered learning environment which fosters pride in achievement and in reaching one’s highest academic potential. JUHSD will provide all students with a rigorous, engaging and culturally relevant curriculum, enabling all students to become independent, critical thinkers who have mastered the essential skills to be college and career ready. Located just south of San Francisco, Jefferson Union High School District's boundaries include the communities of Broadmoor, Brisbane, Colma, Daly City, and Pacifica. Our community represents a rich diversity of people and cultures which are woven into the fabric of our schools. Our District includes three comprehensive high schools, one alternative high school, one continuation high school, and a Youth Health Center. In total, we serve some 4,300 students in grades 9 through 12.
