Larchmont Schools was founded in 2004 by a group of parents with a dream of an inspiring, diverse, progressive neighborhood school that would rival the best schools in Los Angeles. Larchmont Schools is guided by a constructivist learning theory in the development of an inquiry-based, project-based, integrated curriculum to serve a diverse student body. Larchmont Schools is one of the most diverse and highest-achieving public schools in the city.
