LEAD Charter School, NJ's first alternative charter high school, seeks an exceptional educational leaders for its Founding Team. The mission of LEAD is to enable students ages 16-21 in grades 9-12 in Newark, NJ to master the essential skills crucial for success in postsecondary education, career, and community leadership within a global society. LEAD Charter School is grounded in our partner agency YouthBuild Newark’s (YBN) fifteen years of experience in improving educational outcomes for off-track youth.
