Founded in 2016, we are young, small and proud. With a strong advisory board of renowned researchers in the area of Twice Exceptionality, special education and gifted education, our guiding principles are tested and proven. Our 1:1 instructional model allows us to meet each student where they are, every day. It eliminates the distractions of daily classroom management and teaching to the tests. Despite COVID, we are growing at just the right pace and expect this pace to increase over the next 18 months.

School culture is an important attribute of our school and candidates should expect to help support the mission and model of the school. Our methodology is research-based and effective. We are cutting-edge and somewhat non-traditional and expect new staff members to seek answers to any questions and become a part of the school fabric. Here, you do not teach to the tests. We teach to each student, meeting them where they are.
