RBA is a 6th-12th grade Charter School focusing on students with challenges who need additional support. The school opened its doors in the fall of 2015 and has experienced significant growth We also are in the process of starting a transitions program 18-21. We strive to provide an environment where we can meet students where they are at and grow their skills before entering life after high school whether that's attending college or joining the workforce. "The mission of Rochester Beacon Academy, with the cooperation of parents, is to provide a safe learning community in a secondary (6-12 grade)setting; respecting the individual and differentiated needs of learners, empowering them to reach their full potential and join their community with success."
