Soundview Academy was founded in 2009 with the mission to turn the conventions of community-based South Bronx middle schools on their head. Combining a commitment to community public schooling with an equal dedication to state-of-the-art middle school programming and pedagogy! Our Baile Café dancers just performed at the Puerto Rican Day Festival. They were all over the news!
