The CUBE is a 9-12 Charter High School in Denver, CO that opened in 2019. We focus on interdisciplinary learning, competency-based grading, and building community. Our Mash-ups and Accelerators. Mash-ups are six-week long, co-taught, interdisciplinary, topic-based courses like Smart Rockets and Reading is Power. Accelerators are fun, engaging, week-long experiences that empower students in the idea that learning happens everywhere. The CUBE is stands for such more than the object. It is about breaking down barriers, thinking outside the box, engaging in relevant, authentic learning, and perhaps most importantly, having fun while doing it.
