Gillispie seeks to hire teachers who expertly use a hands-on approach to teach core skills combined with experiential and problem-based opportunities across disciplines, to allow each child to charter their future paths. Gillispie teachers are collaborative, curious, life-long learners.

Gillispie pays 100% of employee HMO-level medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as life insurance. The school contributes a minimum of 4% of base salary and up to 6% of base salary to retirement plans. Employees get paid sick and personal time, paid federal holidays as well as school breaks.
