About
The Leadership School is a new, innovative charter public school that opened in August 2022 to serve students and families within the boundaries of the Normandy Schools Collaborative. The school currently serves kindergarten through second grade and will add a grade each year, growing to 450 kindergarten through eighth grade students over six years. The Leadership School exists to grow our students’ leadership capacity through earnest engagement in an academically rigorous, culturally relevant, and relationship-oriented environment. In addition to providing a strong foundation of relationships and belonging and the toolkit of academic skills, our students will have authentic opportunities to practice and exercise leadership—in one’s own life and the world around them.
