Small learning community located in an urban/suburban setting serving almost 400 students. Making students aware of Tecnology, Engineering Architecture, Mathand Science through afterschool programs. Greatly focused on academics through digital curricular. Promoting an environment of community through volunteerism, community College college programming with releasi g students to college campus to enhance their preparation towards college attendance. We promote social emotional wellness via a SEL in class module and out of school field trips. We have 18 years of successful programming in two locations. SBC and SMC campuses one block away. We have a committed and diverse staff of approximately 50 members. Student population is 64% African American, 34% Hispanic/Latino and 2% other. Attendance both staff and students 96%. We boast 100% graduation and 77% college attendance. Additionally, through the 10 years of our high school, our students have amassed over 2500 college credits. We are Community Builders ... Aiming High and Creating Greatness has been our motto and we are constantly striving to fulfill that mission each year as a standards based Independent Charter School.
