We are a Play School through fifth grade Quaker school in West Chester, PA and we serve 125 students. We are fundamentally child-centered and place an emphasis on instilling joy and a love of learning in every student. Parents and faculty/staff often describe our tight-knit community as a "family". Our vital and inclusive campus is home to families from many different backgrounds.

Primarily, the ideal candidate will have a keen sense of the needs of children, as well as the desire to meet those needs. Additionally, they should be self-motivated, work well with colleagues, and be able to take direction. Having a growth mindset is of utmost importance.
