The Windsor Unified School District is in northern Sonoma County and offers education to around 5,000 TK-12 students with a host of unique and innovative programs that make learning accessible for every kind of student. Our TK program fosters a love of school and learning from an early age, while our high school’s unique core system provides a leg up in college and career readiness and lets students explore their deepest passions. In between we offer a bilingual charter school, a middle school with unique elective offerings, and elementary schools focused on the whole child. We also offer one of the most innovative alternative education programs in all of the North Bay, and in 2023-24 we will be adding a preschool program. Our award-winning programs serve our students as learners, as citizens, and as community members. It's no surprise our students describe Windsor as a great place to grow up, and Windsor Unified School District as a great place to go to school. We are committed to adoption of our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) program and would love candidates with a strong background in this work.
