Wissahickon Charter School has two K-8 sites. Both were planned around three essential elements: An integrated environmental focus Peace and conflict resolution Family involvement WCS focuses on the whole child. In addition to strong academic programs, WCS offers art, library, environmental education, PE, technology, peer mediation, special assemblies, an Outdoor Program, electives, a social curriculum and more. WCS believes in collaborative work and a sustainable work-life balance. We believe teachers need to practice self care to be at their best for students.
