Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is an educator who believes in the power of equity, empowerment, and excellence and wants to motivate and engage a diverse population of youth in our city. The individual must embrace all aspects of urban education and believe in the genius of our students. Our educators are community leaders, collaborators, and facilitators of knowledge. If you are looking for a small highly personalized district where everyone knows you as an individual, and where we believe in investing in our own, CFSD is the district for you.
