* Bachelor’s degree and some educational experience * Experience in recruiting a diverse community of professionals * Self-starter, attention to detail, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Ability to communicate effectively & dynamically in both oral and in written forms * Strong networking abilities, and excellent persuasion skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, that includes routine travel in and out of state * Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities across multiple programs, schools, and campuses * Ability to meet deadlines and complete reports, grant applications, and paperwork in a timely manner * An agreement with the mission statement and goals of Christel House Indianapolis
