After the demo lesson is over, teachers are usually given a few minutes to themselves while the hiring team meets to discuss the lesson. Use this time to think about what went well during your demo, and what you would do differently next time. Why? Because this is generally the first thing they ask you. Also, reflection and the drive to continually improve are hallmark traits of all excellent teachers.
